unoka (羽(う)ノ華(か)) is a Japanese A.I.VOICE text-to-speech library developed by AI, Inc.. She is capable of speaking in standard intonation and was released on January 28, 2022. A younger secondary vocal, unoka Shizuku, was released within the same package and is capable of speaking in standard intonation as well.

Her voice is provided by the voice actress Tamiyasu Tomoe (民(たみ)安(やす)ともえ), the former actress who provided her vocals for VOICEROID Tsurumaki Maki.

History

unoka was revealed on October 22, 2021 and was scheduled to release in early 2022. Further details would be made available during future during live broadcasts on AI, Inc.'s YouTube channel.

On November 27, 2021, further details for unoka were revealed. Her voice provider was announced to be Tamiyasu Tomoe, the former provider for the VOICEROID vocalist Tsurumaki Maki. An additional library, unoka "Shizuku" (羽ノ華　雫(しずく)), was also announced. Similar to that of Yuzuki Yukari Shizuku, unoka Shizuku is a younger-sounding vocal for unoka accompanied by a younger image of herself. unoka was announced to have three expressions: Joy (喜び), Anger (怒り), and Sadness (悲しみ).

On December 25, 2021, further details were provided regarding unoka's release date, pre-order information and purchase locations. She would be made available for purchase on January 28, 2022 with a pre-order reservation period beginning Thursday, January 13, 2022 13:00 to Wednesday January 26, 2022 and could be purchased from the A.I.VOICE Official Shop. unoka would be available as a normal packaged edition for 16,280 yen and digital version available for 13,024 yen on websites such as DLsite and Vector PC Shop.

On January 17, 2022, various, multiple expression standing artworks of unoka were released for download on her official A.I.VOICE website.

unoka was released on January 28, 2022 as intended.

Marketing

An official website was created for unoka hosting her official illustrations, logos, purchase information and a trial of both of her libraries.
