Mochino Kyouko (モチノ・キョウコ) also known as Mochiko (もち子) or Mochiko-san (もち子さん), is a vocal synthesizer character and Virtual YouTuber developed by MOCHIZORA and released as a VOICEVOX text-to-speech library in June 2022.
She is voiced by Ashitaba Yomogi (明崎崎よもぎ).
Concept[]
Mochiko is a Junior high school student, born from Fukushima Prefecture, Japan who works at the Mochizora Model Store bequeathed to her by her late grandfather and aims to become the next manager. She is the older sister of Anko.
Personality[]
She has a kind personality that does not leave those in need or those who work hard alone, however, this makes it difficult for her to refuse requests, and she often gets into trouble. She sometimes reveals her immaturity when it comes to her hobbies, and is sometimes teased for the gap between her usual mild-mannered personality and this. Because of her negative temperament, she has a weakness in dealing with beautiful men and women with good looks.
Her short stature (142cm) and childish face are her disadvantages, and she is often treated as a child by customers when they first meet her, but recently, for some reason, they often look away from her. Perhaps as a reaction to this, she has a tendency to be overly protective of children who are smaller or younger than she is, and to treat them more affectionately than necessary.

She is interested in various hobbies such as anime, special effects, plastic models, toys, and American comics, and enjoys talking about what she likes and being talked about.
Her favorite foods include nori rice cakes and milk as well as other dairy products.

Mochiko was officially released for VOICEVOX on June 10, 2022, coinciding with the version 0.12.3 update.[1][2][3]
An additional vocal style for Mochiko was released on May 29, 2023, introduced as a new character, Anko, Mochiko's younger sister, housemate, and fellow Mochizora Model Store employee.[4]
