Miyamai Moca (宮舞モカ) is a vocal synthesizer character created by AH-Software Co. Ltd.. She released as a text-to-speech library for VOICEPEAK in February 2024, and as an AI singing voice database for Synthesizer V Studio in September 2024.
Her voice is provided by Mayu Mineda (峯田 茉優, Mineda Mayu), a Japanese voice actress and singer from Nagano Prefecture, who is affiliated with VIMS.
Concept[]
Miyamai Moca is a second year high school student who lives with her father, mother, older brother, and older sister. She moved to England when she was in kindergarten due to her parents' work and moved back to Japan when she entered high school. She has a black cat named "Watson-kun" (ワトソンくん), whom she always talks with at home. As a result, she is good at talking with cats. When she talks to him, she tends to say, "What do you think, Watson-kun?" (どう思う? ワトソンくん). She tends to talk to herself a lot and is a secret a DJ on the internet. She became interested in DJing because of her father, who works as an analog DJ, while she herself is a digital DJ, who distributes her own music on the internet. She loves tea and her favorite store is "Coffee Shop Maki" (喫茶店マキ).[3]
Her birthday is March 15.[1][2]
Appearance[]
Miyamai Moca is a high school girl with shoulder length, straight, brown hair with teal highlights. Her eyes are a bright aqua blue. Her outfit is a school uniform consisting of a white button down shirt, navy blue sweater with a black and tan hem, tan jacket with a cat pattern on the lapels, the right cat being black, and the left white, an orangish-red bow, an earth brown skirt with a glen check pattern of a darker brown and tan, black socks, and brown loafers. She wears a black choker with one gold and one silver kitten face charms, and a golden barrette with a sky blue bow, and a gold cat paw charm.

History[]
On September 14, 2023, AH-Software Co. Ltd. introduced a new character, Miyamai Moca, a second year high school student who loves cats and talks to herself a lot and secretly works as an internet DJ.[4] She was created in collaboration with the project developer from TOKYO6 ENTERTAINMENT, Akasako, however was noted to not be a part of the TOKYO6 company.[5][6] She was announced to be released as a text-to-speech library for VOICEPEAK in 2024.[7]
Her VOICEPEAK library, as well as VOICEPEAK Tsurumaki Maki, were both released on February 15.[8] On February 17, AH-Software Co. Ltd.'s 200th live broadcast announced that Moca would be also developed for Synthesizer V AI.[9][10]
On August 30, Miyamai Moca's Synthesizer V AI illustration was officially revealed, confirmed to be illustrated by Miko Fly, and her release date was announced for September 26. Pre-order reservations were opened the same day and would be available as physical and digital download editions, including both standalone and Starter Pack options. A total of six vocal mode variations were announced; Cheeky, Cute, Soft, Mellow, Powerful, and Cool and four demonstrations were released following the announcement by Utsu-P, Chom-P, Haraguchi Sasuke, and Wada Takeaki. In addition, she also received an official 3D model for MikuMikuDance based on her Synthesizer V attire, created by Tsumidango, as well as reference artwork also illustrated by Miko Fly.
