Minase Rito (水奈瀬リト) is a Japanese vocal synthesizer character developed by AH-Software Co. Ltd.. He received a text-to-speech library for VOICEPEAK in August 2024.[1]
His voice provider is Shun Kamioto (紙本瞬; Kamioto, Shun).
Concept[]
Rito is described as a bartender who often gives advice to people.[2]
He is the older brother of Minase Kou who are said to have a good relationship with each other.
Etymology[]
Rito's family name, Minase, doesn't have a clear origin. The kanji can be broken up into "mizu" (水), "na" (奈), and "se" (瀬) - the first and last of which respectfully can mean "water" and "rapids" or "shallows", indicating a water theme. The second kanji, "na," could be a reference to the city of Nara, or the Nara prefecture (奈良).
"Rito" is a gender neutral first name.
Appearance[]
In his VOICEPEAK boxart, Rito has light blue eyes and brown hair with an orange cowlick. He wears a white sweater with a light blue undershirt and dark blue apron. He has black pants and black shoes with green laces. He wears pearl earrings and a light blue choker.
