Haruqa is a character created by Haruqa Software originally for UTAU, and has since gotten voicebanks for Haruqa Software's own speech and singing synthesis engines TALQu and SSYQu respectively.

Haruqa is gender-neutral and their gender is referred to as "Neutral" (中性). They are right handed and their right side is their overall dominant side. They are equipped with a assault rifle, knife, replacement magazine, walkie talkie, and a Windows 10 tablet.
