Concept[]

Etymology[]

The surname 彩澄 (Asumi) combines the characters for "color/decorate" (彩) and "clear/pure" (澄), chosen to represent the wish to "color/decorate videos" and "connect to tomorrow/future," with the reading "asumi" phonetically evoking "asu" (明日/tomorrow) and "mirai" (未来/future). The given name しゅお (Shuo), which would be written as 朱桜 in kanji, combines "vermillion/scarlet" (朱) and "cherry blossom" (桜), connecting to the character's birth flower, the double-petaled cherry blossom (八重桜).[3]
